Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyor’s and Property Consultants have announced the promotion of Marc Garside to Director.
Marc joined Graham + Sibbald in 2019 as a Graduate Building Surveyor within the Glasgow office and was later promoted to Associate in 2022. Following his promotion, Marc relocated to the new London office where he has played a key role in establishing and growing Graham + Sibbald in the London and the South market.
In his day-to-day Marc offers Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Technical Defect Analysis, Dilapidation Surveys and Negotiation, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Contract Administration. Marc enjoys networking and meeting new clients, he is always looking to provide them with the best possible service.
