Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of Michael Gill and Calum McKenzie to Director.
The residential department have had a record year for business levels in 2024, in particular the Edinburgh office who are continually increasing the number of surveys they are completing daily. The team are continuing to push and improve the service offering while training Graduates and new staff.
Michael joined Graham + Sibbald in February 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor, working his way up to Associate in 2021 and now promoted to Director. With almost 10 years of experience in the industry across the Central Belt Michael can assist the Partners and other Directors in the growth of the Edinburgh office. In addition to this, Michael’s passion for property and experience ensures that he delivers the highest levels of service to his clients.
Calum joined Graham + Sibbald in as a Senior Surveyor within the Residential department in January 2023. He was later promoted to Associate in April 2024. With over 7 years of experience in the industry on top of being born and raised in Edinburgh, Calum’s knowledge of the city’s property market is extensive.
He is looking forward to assisting the Partners in the Edinburgh office by providing a high level of service to our existing clients whilst also continuing to grow our client base.
Both Michael and Calum specialise in Residential Valuation and carry out a number of surveys on a daily basis for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders in the UK as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Michael and Calum have established strong relationships with their clients and offer local expertise which can be relied upon. They both enjoy interacting and establishing relationships with both existing and new clients.
