Graham + Sibbald (G+S) are thrilled to announce the recent success of their surveyor, Riccardo Di Ponio (Dundee) who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Residential Surveyor.
Riccardo joined Graham + Sibbald in 2021 after graduating in MA Honours Geography from University of Dundee. Working with his colleagues in the Dundee office’s residential department, Riccardo expanded his knowledge of surveying by learning and applying practical techniques, assisting in surveys, and building new relationships with Graham + Sibbald’s close client base. Furthermore, whilst working at G+S he was also studying to achieve a Master’s Degree in BSc Real Estate Management and Investment at Edinburgh Napier University. Day-to-day, Riccardo assists on a number of surveys for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPCs and more. He enjoys interacting with clients, building strong working relationships and maintaining the high level of service synonymous with the firm.
Riccardo commented: “Having been at Graham + Sibbald for almost 5 years the experiences, education and mentoring I have been provided with over the years has got me to where I am today. I am extremely thankful to everyone that has supported me from the start of my surveying career until now. It is a great team to be part of and I am excited to continue my journey at Graham + Sibbald as a Chartered Surveyor.”
