UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald, have appointed a new Director in their Edinburgh office working within the Asset Services team.
Jill Gayford, has spent the last twenty years working within Asset Management in both consultancy and client side, with extensive experience across Scotland and South of the Border she is the right fit to continue Graham + Sibbald’s expansion plans.
Prior to joining Graham + Sibbald Jill held the position of Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where she advised on a range of institutional and private clients including DTZi, Aviva, New River. She also managed the Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh, Springfield Quay, Glasgow as well as multi-let offices and industrial estates.
In her early career she worked at Galbraith Group where she advised on a range of private clients’ portfolios including Buccleuch Property, Cheviot Investments and Frederick Properties. The portfolio’s included multi-let offices, retail and industrial properties. Jill then spent around five years working at BNP Paribas within the valuation and rating team where she dealt with institutional clients such as British Airways on their portfolio valuations as well as undertaking rating work for a number of Health Boards including Lothian, Fife, Highland and Lloyds Banking Group.
