Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are excited to announce the promotion of Kevin Masson (Kilmarnock) to Director and Luca Mancini (Glasgow) to Associate.
Kevin joined Graham + Sibbald in 2024 as an Associate within the Residential department and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Kilmarnock Office, primarily covering Ayrshire and parts of Dumfries and Galloway. He previously worked at another surveying firm for a period of 7 years covering Dundee, Angus and Perthshire as a graduate surveyor before moving to Ayrshire.
Kevin studied Building Surveying at Robert Gordon University and was awarded an Honours Degree. He specialises in Residential Valuation and carries out a number of surveys on a daily basis for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders in the UK as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. He enjoys interacting with clients and ensures all reports are carried out to the highest standard.
Luca Mancini joined Graham + Sibbald in July 2018 as a Graduate Surveyor after achieving a BSc (Hons) Real Estate at Glasgow Caledonian University, later becoming chartered in May 2023. Luca specialises in Residential valuations working from our Glasgow and Hamilton office. In his daily workload, Luca assists on a number of Surveys for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders across Scotland as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Luca enjoys the fast.
