Gavin Miller studied Property (MA) at Aberdeen University and joined Graham + Sibbald in 2012. Since then, Gavin’s dedication and hard-work saw him promoted to Associate in 2015 and has led to him being appointed as Director in 2020. He has extensive experience and skill in all aspects of residential property. Gavin is responsible for the running of the Stirling and Falkirk offices. He ensures that the team he leads provides an excellent level of service and professionalism to all clients within the Stirling/Falkirk and surrounding area.
Following on from his Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, John Docherty became a valued member of Graham + Sibbald in 2011 and became a qualified Chartered Surveyor in 2013. Upon joining Graham + Sibbald, John carried with him knowledge and expertise from his previous roles within the Bank of Scotland. Providing a specialist valuation and advisory service within the licensed and leisure, petroleum and roadside, childcare and social housing sectors across Scotland. John has considerable knowledge of his sectors and clients. Becoming an Associate in 2017 with the firm, we are pleased to announce John’s progression into a Director Role.
Based out of the Glasgow office, Stephen Craig leads the Commercial team within the West Region. Primarily, Stephen specialises in commercial valuation and advisory work and coordinates valuations for a range of clients such as financial advisors, legal professionals, mainstream and bespoke lenders, pension funds, and private individuals. Additionally, Stephen sits on the Firm’s Commercial Valuation Committee (CVC) where he’s tasked with managing Graham + Sibbald’s relationships with Commercial Lenders and Panel Managers, UK wide. As a Director, Stephen plans to continue to pride himself on his quality of service to all clients.
Located within Graham + Sibbald’s Inverness office, Mark Esslemont heads up the Building Surveying team covering the North of Scotland. After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Degree in Building Surveying, Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor. He is experienced in all sectors of Building Surveying, from Construction Monitoring and Contract Administration, to Landlord and Tenant Issues to name a few. Mark also brings experience in being an accredited Commercial Energy Performance Assessor since 2012.
