Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the promotion of Lynne McGettigan, Daniel Little and Mark Gillies to Director level.
Lynne McGettigan joined Graham + Sibbald in early 2019 based within the firms Glasgow office. Having Graduated from City College of Glasgow with an HNC in Accountancy, Lynne’s vast knowledge of property management accounts has greatly contributed to the development and progression of our Property Management team. Having previously worked within CBRE’s Central London Investors team, Lynne understands the challenges and pressures that come in delivering exceptional financial services to our clients. Her attention to detail and dynamism has seen her play a pivotal role in both our own and a key client’s system migration. Leading the way for service innovation and adapting to new challenges, systems and work methods, Lynne has played a key role in the recent success and growth of the team. She is committed to providing the highest quality service to all clients and colleagues and is highly deserving of her new role as Director.
Based out of the Kilmarnock office, Daniel Little leads the Building Surveying team across Ayrshire and the South-West of Scotland region. Having been a Chartered member of the RICS for over 15 years, Daniel specialises in all aspects of traditional building surveying practice including dilapidations, stock condition surveys, contract administration, planned maintenance surveys, building surveys and technical defect analysis of both residential and commercial property. He has experience in working with both public sector and private commercial clients throughout Scotland. Daniel qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Performance Assessor in 2009 and is also registered to prepare Section 63 Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates. As a Director, Daniel will continue to help grow our Building Surveying team in Scotland and wider afield.
Mark Gillies has a vast range of experience having worked in our Edinburgh, Aberdeen and now Glasgow office. His unique knowledge of Scotland’s three biggest markets and breadth of clients accumulated over the past decade with G+S has been enhanced in Glasgow where he heads the Corporate and Private Client Agency team. As part of his role Mark oversees activity in a range of key sectors including Industrial and Offices, as well as being our resident Glasgow expert in Restructuring, having been seconded into one of the main corporate Bank’s Restructuring teams, during his time in Edinburgh. His coverage and knowledge gained has not only developed a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, together with institutions, funds and corporate Insolvency. With knowledge, diligence and reliability, Mark is looking forward to continuing his commitment to providing the best possible service, giving clear advice, saving money and adding value for every client in his new role as Director.
