UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald have announced the opening of their 22nd office. The company, which has been going from strength to strength, is on an upward growth trajectory with client demand at an all-time high.
Heading up the new Dumfries office, Graham + Sibbald have welcomed Scott Morton, Chartered Surveyor specialising in Residential Surveying including Home Reports, Mortgage Valuation Reports, Homebuyer Surveys, Building Surveys, Valuation for Other Purposes and Energy Performance Certificates. Scott brings with him over 8 years of experience surveying residential properties in Dumfries and Galloway.
2025 saw yet another year of growth for the residential department across the country and the opening of the new Dumfries office helps enhance our reach and show our commitment to the South West of the country.
The new Dumfries office will be located at Hestan House, Crichton Business Park, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4TA.
