Graham + Sibbald were instructed by Ross Safety and Survival Limited to acquire an industrial premises. The Aberdeen Agency team undertook a comprehensive market search on their behalf and secured the 28,647 sq. ft industrial unit at Aberdeen One, the largest letting of 2024 in Aberdeen thus far.

Our Aberdeen Commercial Agency Team also successfully secured an occupier off-market for Ross Safety and Survival’s current premises, which they owner occupy. The securing of this tenant in advance, allowed our client to have the additional comfort in scaling their operations to a significantly larger premises with maximum profitability and efficiency.

Edinburgh Road, Newhouse is a 47,565 sqft industrial unit previously let to The Co-Operative Group. Our Glasgow based Agency team undertook a comprehensive market search on behalf of our retained client, liaised with agents to arrange viewings of suitable options, viewed and advised on selection of the preferred option, advised during negotiations to secure best possible terms on behalf of the client and liaised with the client and their solicitors to conclusion of legal missives.
