UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald, have announced three new appointments across key service lines and locations, further strengthening the company’s expanding UK presence.
The appointments of Cameron Mitchell (Residential, Kilmarnock), Alexander Pyle MRICS (Valuation, London) and Mark Cooke (Agency, Manchester) reflect the continued growth of the business and its commitment to enhancing expertise across its nationwide network.
Cameron Mitchell joins the Residential team in Kilmarnock, bringing over 35 years of experience in the residential property market. Cameron provides advice and reports to a broad range of clients, including prime and sub-prime lenders, estate agency and solicitor clients, as well as members of the public. His appointment reinforces Graham + Sibbald’s ability to provide comprehensive, high-quality residential services across Scotland.
Alexander Pyle strengthens the South Valuation team. Based in London, Alexander brings close to 10 years’ experience advising on valuation matters across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets, with a strong focus on secured lending for a range of lender and professional clients. Alexander will play a key role in supporting clients with strategic valuation and advisory services.
Meanwhile, Mark Cooke joins the Agency team in Manchester, enhancing Graham + Sibbald’s presence in the North West. Mark is a highly experienced office agency specialist, bringing over two decades of regional expertise and a proven track record advising major occupiers and landlords. Mark will support occupiers, investors and developers across the region.
