Graham + Sibbald are pleased to welcome Lesley Gardner to their Glasgow Residential team as a Consultant.
With a BSc in Land Economics from Paisley College of Technology, Lesley has worked with DM Hall LLP throughout her professional career and is well-known in the market.
Her experience across the residential property sector in the West of Scotland is both extensive and impressive, having undertaken a vast range of residential surveys and valuations for the purpose of taxation, pre-sale or matrimonial purposes.
The Graham + Sibbald team are all highly trained and are registered to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our expertise and experience means we can provide strategic consultancy advice on all aspects of residential property valuation.
Based in 16 regional offices across Scotland, the Graham + Sibbald residential team provide a friendly service and local expertise. Our wide geographical reach allows us to respond quickly to our clients’ requests and gives us national coverage – something many of our competitors cannot match.
Lesley’s remit will largely involve supporting the growth of Glasgow and Paisley offices through developing their current residential client base, focussing on both business development and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
