Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, are delighted to announce the promotion of Theo Forrest to Associate.
Theo joined Graham + Sibbald in 2020 boasting 12 years’ experience in residential letting and property management throughout the central belt of Scotland. Theo’s passion for property and experience in customer facing roles across both the private and public sectors ensures that he delivers the highest levels of service to his clients. He enjoys interacting with clients, building strong working relationships and ensuring that all reports are carried out to the highest of standards.
On a daily basis he undertakes Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and Mortgage Valuations for a number of clients, including lenders, Solicitors, Estate Agents and private clients. Our Residential department now offers an easier way to instruct home reports through our new client portal. Theo will be assisting the team in pushing this forward with Estate Agents in Glasgow to assist in making selling your home a smoother process.
With his skillset, Theo is able to assist the Partners, Directors and other Associates in the growth of the Glasgow office by connecting with their current client base but also potential clients.
