The business will be operated by globally renowned hotel, Compass Hospitality with immediate effect.
This significant sale marks a new chapter for the Hand Hotel – a well-known and highly profitable hotel, inn, and restaurant situated in the heart of the picturesque market town of Llangollen. The hotel features 58 individually styled en suite bedrooms, a popular public bar, a bistro-style restaurant, private dining facilities, and conference space, making it an attractive proposition for a wide range of investors.
Rich in heritage and local significance, the Hand Hotel has served as a cornerstone of the Llangollen community for generations. The recent sale reflects its enduring appeal, both as a business and a cultural asset.
