Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors + Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of 4 individuals within the Inverness office. Kenny McKenzie (Director, Commercial Agency), Callum Maclean (Associate, Valuation Services), Emma MacLeod (Associate, Asset Services) and Frazer Mackay (Associate, Asset Services) have all been successfully promoted.
Kenny has over 10 years of experience within the Inverness Commercial Market, joining Graham + Sibbald as a Graduate Surveyor in 2014. Kenny specialises in Commercial Agency, carrying out a variety of surveys on a weekly basis for the purpose of; disposal (letting/sale), rent reviews and lease extensions. He works closely with University of Highlands & Islands, Ark Estates, Co-Op, Public Sector Authorities and Pension Funds.
Callum joined Graham + Sibbald in August 2017 as a Graduate Surveyor, becoming Chartered in May 2021. Callum is predominantly based within G+S’ Valuation Services team but also carries out Commercial Agency work. He regularly carries out valuation work for private clients and all the main commercial lenders plus agency work predominantly for Highlands & Islands Enterprise. Callum and Kenny are also currently assisting to train the Graduate Surveyor in the office and help her to get ready for her APC.
Emma joined Graham + Sibbald in 2014 and is based within the Asset Services team. She has over 20 years of experience in property and facilities management. Emma has a ‘Certified’ level membership with the Institute of Workplace Facilities Management (IWFM), this allows her to complete a broad range of tasks such as Agency, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Rating, Lease Compliance Duties, Instructing Legal Agents, Service Charge Management, Contractor Management, Statutory + Regulatory Compliance and Health and Safety Management. With a strong background in Public Sector Property Management specialising in remote and rural property, this experience plays a key role in her work with our clients Highland and Island Enterprise and Orkney Research & Innovation Campus.
Frazer has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and management of residential and commercial property in the Highlands and Islands. During his career he has worked with the construction industry as a site manager before becoming an Area Manager for a Property Management company based in Glasgow. Frazer joined the Graham + Sibbald Asset Services team in 2017 supporting the delivery of contracts to key clients whilst also undertaking a range of commercial property and asset management duties.
