A number of Local Authorities across Scotland are currently consulting on the preparation of their Local Development Plans. These consultations are an opportunity to engage with the planning process, comment on specific planning policies and promote potential development sites.
The current live consultations are as follows:
– Argyll and Bute Council Main Issues Report: Consultation deadline Monday 11th December 2017
– South Ayrshire Council Main Issues Report: Consultation deadline 31st January 2018
– Perth and Kinross Councile Proposed Local Development Plans 2: Consultation deadline 2nd February 2018
– Cairngorms National Park Authority Main Issues Report: Consultation deadline 2nd March 2018
The Main Issues Report consultation stage is an opportunity to comment on key issues for the area and promote potential development sites. Perth and Kinross Council is at the Proposed Plan stage and this is an opportunity to comment on specific land use allocations and draft policies.
