Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants announce the promotion of Fallon Bennett to Associate.
Fallon joined Graham + Sibbald in May 2019 as part of the Asset Services Team in Glasgow. In May 2023, Fallon was given the opportunity to relocate to our London office, where she is an integral part of the Asset Services team. Fallon works on various portfolios across England and forms part of delivery teams for key clients across the UK, providing the highest level of service to clients and tenants.
Throughout her time at Graham + Sibbald, Fallon has been responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties in both Scotland and England where she has played a key role in managing various aspects of her clients assets, varying from, management of property services and inspections, administering and managing annual service charge budgets, client and tenant liaison and Health & Safety compliance.
