Graham + Sibbald are thrilled to announce our newly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor, Harry O’Flaherty (Manchester) who has successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Harry is a Building Surveyor within Graham + Sibbald’s Manchester office, having joined the firm in July 2021. Since joining he has been focussed on developing his knowledge and becoming Chartered with the RICS. Harry offers our Clients a wide range of services on commercial properties, including;
- Project Management, Principal Designer and Contract Administration Services
- Pre-acquisition Surveys
- Schedule of Dilapidations
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Planned Maintenance Programmes
With over 50 staff members in employment within the Technical Service team comprising Building Surveyors and Architectural professionals, Graham + Sibbald are able to provide a range of in-house service lines across their 25 UK offices in Scotland and England.

The constant guidance throughout the process, alongside the valuable time spent in mock interviews with my colleagues was excellent.
