Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of Mary Leitch to Associate.
Mary has over 13 years valuation experience qualifying as a member of RICS in 2012 and is an RICS Registered Valuer. In her current valuation and advisory role, she focuses on undertaking business analysis and valuation for a range of clients, from private individuals through to lending institutions and insolvency practitioners, on all types of hotel, leisure, licensed and trading assets. Based out of the firms Glasgow office Mary covers the whole of Scotland.
There is an expansive valuation team at Graham + Sibbald. Mary and her colleague Kevin Hunter (Director) focus on specialist valuations such as Hotels, Leisure, Licensed Trade and Automotive & Roadside.
