Following the recent promotion of 18 staff across the business, Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are thrilled to announce their latest hire, Iain Mulvey, as Director.
Mulvey joins Graham + Sibbald to take forward the firm’s Strategy and Business Development plan across the UK. With over 25 years’ experience in the property sector he joins the team with a wealth of industry knowledge, client relationships and international links. Iain will be working closely with the Senior Management Team and Sector Leads to drive growth using his experience in winning new mandates, significantly increasing revenues and supporting sector development across the UK.
He will be based in the firm’s London office which having opened 3 years ago following the acquisition of the Keningtons business, is now up to over 25 staff, offering a vast range of services including Building Surveying, Asset Services and Commercial Agency.
