UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald have welcomed Yan Stewart as a Director, specialising in industrial agency to the Glasgow office.
Yan brings over 28 years’ experience in the commercial property market where he has focussed mainly on industrial and logistics properties. Over his time working in the commercial property industry Yan has gained himself a strong reputation across Scotland’s Central Belt.
Notable projects over the years include landmark industrial estates such as Hillington Park & Westway, as well as numerous new build developments including J4M8, Cambuslang & Eurocentral.
Recently Yan has worked client-side across the UK, supporting a diverse range of occupiers in managing acquisitions, capital projects, estates and operations – delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s commercial objectives.
