UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald have welcomed Emma Kibble as a Director, specialising in Industrial Agency to their St Albans and London office.
Emma was most recently employed by LSH in their Milton Keynes office and ran the day-to-day lettings of their industrial stock, predominantly along the M1. Over the years Emma has worked with some key clients such as Evri, Warehouse REIT, Nuveen and Bright Bay.
Emma previously worked at Aitchison Raffety and has re-joined the team, now under the Graham + Sibbald brand to help grow the National Industrial Agency Team across the UK. Emma will be based in Graham + Sibbald’s St Albans and London offices and will focus on industrial agency across Home Counties and the M1 as well as assisting with the wider strategy.
