Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants welcome Patrick Laderman as a Director to the London based Building Surveying team.
Patrick brings with his 12 years of experience within the industry starting as a Graduate Surveyor at Galliard Homes before moving to Glenny LLP in 2014 to gain Chartership and later promoted to Senior Associate.
In his day-to-day Patrick’s focus is on Building Surveying and Project Management, taking a keen interest in Building Contract Administration, Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence. He also has experience working with a variety of clients; from private landlords and property developers to banks and public sector bodies.
Patrick commented, “Joining Graham + Sibbald is a great opportunity for me to further develop my career. I’m excited to help grow the London Building Surveying team whilst maintaining a good service for existing clients and establish new client relationships.”
