New Tenants at the Bein Inn, Glenfarg

The Hotel + Leisure division of UK Property Firm Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce that the Bein Inn, Glenfarg, Perthshire, after a short period of marketing, has been leased.

The quaint country inn, on the outskirts of Glenfarg a popular tourist area in picturesque Perthshire, has been leased to Gary and Claire MacLeod. This is their first independent business venture but have experience in the hotel trade as a chef and front of house management.

The Bein Inn is a well-established business, providing 12 Letting Bedrooms all ensuite, along with well-presented accommodation for owners.  Proud of its traditional origins, The Bein Inn, whilst sympathetically expanded to provide additional bedrooms, creating an excellent range of letting bedrooms rooms, has retained much of its original character. The property has two charming bars, with original stone walls and a host of original features, a bright and inviting restaurant area, a comfortable lounge, and an impressive outdoor terrace for alfresco activities.

Graham + Sibbald were pleased to assist the owners/landlords with leasing the Hotel and Bar and delighted to work with the MacGregor family and the McLeod’s to achieve a harmonious deal. The enchanting Bein Inn oozes charm and character and has much to offer for the new tenants taking on this exciting new venture.

The final lease terms were not disclosed but Graham + Sibbald were inviting a Rent of £30,000 per annum.
