The Hotel + Leisure division of UK Property Firm Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the successful sale of Riverhill Courtyard in Helensburgh.
Riverhill Courtyard is an outstanding Restaurant and Bar, renowned for its roaring F&B trade and breath-taking conversion. Situated in the heart of Helensburgh, the property seamlessly combines traditional features with modern design to create a truly remarkable hospitality space.
The property features a large open plan bistro area on the ground floor, a spacious mezzanine level offering additional seating, and a well-presented outdoor seating area – making it a versatile venue with significant appeal.
Well established as a turn-key operation with an excellent food and drink offering, Riverhill Courtyard has built a strong reputation and a loyal customer base. The previous owner has clearly poured passion and dedication into the business, leaving behind a thriving venue for the new custodians to take forward.
Graham + Sibbald are proud to have facilitated the sale and wish the new owners every success as they build on the fantastic foundations already in place.
Martin Sutherland a License Trade Agent with Graham + Sibbald, commented, “We are delighted to have sourced a new owner for the Riverhill restaurant. After a short period of marketing, we were approached by the purchasers and after viewings we entered into legal’s. We understand the new owners are planning to continue running the business in a similar fashion but also adding their own style and touches to it.”
Eva Robertson, owner of the Riverhill Courtyard commented, “When I took over the old Courtyard building in 2014, my goal was to create a warm, welcoming restaurant at the heart of the community. I truly believe we’ve achieved that. Today, the Courtyard welcomes everyone — young and old, families and couples, and even those dining alone, who can enjoy their meals in a friendly, relaxed environment.
Over the years, we adapted and shaped the Courtyard into what it is today. I know future owners will bring their own vision and create new experiences for their guests, and I look forward to seeing the Courtyard continue to grow. Good food has always held a special place in my heart, but after 40 years in retail and hospitality, it’s time for me to move on to new ventures.
I couldn’t be happier that William and Sheeren have taken over the building and breathed new life into it. The staff are energized and happy — it’s truly been a win-win for everyone involved.”
