Part 3 Exam Passed by Manchester Based Architect

Graham + Sibbald (G+S) are delighted to announce the recent success of their Part 2 Architectural Assistant, Matthew Davies (Manchester) who has passed his Part 3 Exam and is now a Registered Architect.

Matthew joined Graham + Sibbald in November 2024 and over the past year has been working to complete his Part 3 Qualification at the University of Chester, this is the final stage in becoming a Registered Architect. As part of the course, he produced a detailed case study covering the RIBA Stages, completed a three-day professional examination, and attended a professional interview drawing on the knowledge and experience he has developed throughout his architectural career to date.

Matthew commented, “I am delighted to have successfully passed and can now progress to become a Registered Architect. It has been a quick year and a half at Graham + Sibbald and I am excited to continue my career here and be able to more involved in ongoing projects.”

Qualifying as an Architect is a long 7-year process requiring serious commitment and the last 18 months have been non-stop for him as he has balanced learning with hands-on experience.
