Director
Alexander is a RICS Registered Valuer and is part of the Valuation team based in London. He joined Graham + Sibbald in 2026, bringing close to 10 years’ post-qualified experience advising on valuation matters across London, the South East and wider UK markets.
Alexander holds a First-Class Honours degree in Urban Estate Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor specialising in valuation. Prior to joining Graham + Sibbald, he held roles at Copping Joyce, Bruton Knowles, CBRE and Gilmartin Ley, where he advised banks, lenders, financial institutions, property companies, private clients and professional advisers.
Alexander specialises in Red Book valuations for secured lending purposes, covering a broad range of residential, commercial and mixed-use assets, including houses, flats, HMOs, blocks of flats, retail and mixed-use investments, offices, industrial properties and development opportunities.
With a strong background in secured lending valuation, Alexander provides clear, robust and commercially focused valuation advice to clients. At Graham + Sibbald, he is focused on supporting the continued growth of the London valuation team and expanding the firm’s lender, investor and professional client offering
