Associate
Alistair is an Associate in our Edinburgh office. He joined Graham + Sibbald in September 2020, having graduated from Robert Gordon University with a degree in Building Surveying. Alistair is involved in all aspects of Building Surveying, including acting on behalf of both Landlord and Tenant Dilapidations, preparing Building Condition Reports, Technical Analysis Reports, and Schedules of Condition.
Alistair is experienced in carrying out Reinstatement Cost Assessments as part of large property portfolios instructions. Additionally, he regularly performs the role of Contract Administrator in managing office refurbishment and external fabric repair projects for a range of clients in both the private and public sector. He is committed to providing an excellent standard of service to new and existing clients.
