Associate
Ashleigh joined Graham + Sibbald in February 2026 as an Associate. She is a Chartered Surveyor based in the Dundee office with the residential team.
Ashleigh has a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2019. She carries out various types of valuations including Home Reports and residential valuation reports for a wide range of purposes, such as secured lending and tax purposes. She works with a broad client base including lenders, solicitors, estate agents and private individuals. Ashleigh is also an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor.
