Associate Director
Bella is an Associate Director in our Healthcare team. She joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025. Bella started at Aitchison Raffety in April 2023 with over 10 years post qualification experience in valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals across the commercial sector.
Bella focuses on healthcare premises including GP surgeries, dentists and pharmacies primarily based in the East of England and surrounding areas. Providing Valuation and Landlord and Tenant advice to a wide range of clients including Institutional Funds, Developers, GPs, Private Investors and healthcare occupiers. Through her work in the healthcare sector, Bella has developed strong relationships with District Valuers and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
Bella is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Member of the RICS, Registered Valuer and Member of the Primary Care Premises Forum (PCPF).
