Graduate Surveyor
Brad is a Building Surveyor within the well-established Manchester team, which has tripled in size. Brad studied at The University of Salford and graduated in 2016 with a Second-Class Honours Division One. Brad has also achieved his Non-Domestic Energy Assessor qualification and can undertake EPCs for Non-Domestic Buildings up to Level 4.
Brad started working at Graham + Sibbald in July 2019, following two years working within Building Surveying firms located in the City of Manchester serving as a Graduate Building Surveyor. He has a strong knowledge in the Building Surveying Industry and is keen to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the RICS. He also has experience in defect analysis, producing contract documents and overseeing projects from beginning to end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
