Graduate Surveyor
Caroline joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025, after starting at Aitchison Raffety in July 2025 – she is an avid and curious learner, who has worked in luxury procurement in the UAE, as well as hotel sustainability consulting for a PE fund in Geneva and underwrote 250m in asset value across office, mixed-use and logistics value-add deals in London. Having completed a BSc in International Hospitality and Business Management and a MSc in Real Estate Finance, she is now part of our London Valuation Team as a graduate valuation surveyor. She focuses on Trading Properties such as care homes and pharmacies.
