Chartered Surveyor
Chris joined Graham + Sibbald in 2026 following his qualification as a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 2025.
Chris uses his technical expertise, strong time management skills, and organisational capability in his role within the Lease Advisory team in Edinburgh to assist both landlords and tenants with their ongoing Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals across the UK.
Having achieved a First Class Honours and University Medal for his BSc (Hons) Real Estate Surveying undergraduate degree from Edinburgh Napier University, Chris gained a deep breadth of training across a variety of teams within Savills including Capital Markets, Office & Retail Agency, Commercial Valuations and Residential Development.
