Senior Director
Claire has over 15 years experience in the property management sector, developing her early career at Colliers International. During this time, she built a solid foundation in General Practice Surveying, graduating from the University College of Estate Management with a Diploma (Merit), alongside achieving IOSH certification.
Prior to joining Graham + Sibbald in September 2021, Claire held the position of Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, where she advised a range of institutional and private clients including Macquarie Group, British Steel Pension Fund and Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Working in the Asset Services department, Claire is currently engaged on a number of high-profile public sector instructions, including advisory and asset management, reflecting involvement in complex, stakeholder-driven portfolios.
Claire maintains a collaborative and proactive approach, working closely with clients, agents and legal advisors to deliver a streamlined and responsive service, ensuring asset performance and value are maximised in line with client priorities.
