Claire joined Graham + Sibbald through the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. She has worked for Aitchison Raffety for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in the valuation sector specialising in commercial properties in the East Midlands and Home Counties. She carries out valuations for secured lending, purchasers, SIPPs , accounting and financial purposes. Clients include leading banks including Lloyds, Handelsbanken and Natwest as well as major Bank panels and private clients including accountants and pension providers. Claires take pleasure in providing clear and concise property advice to the client and enjoys building relationships to create long standing working relationships.
