Property Manager
Clare Malloy is a Property Manager, based in Glasgow within Asset Services. Clare brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Property and Reporting Analysis, with previous roles within the public sector involving property and data analysis. Her responsibilities include proactive management of property services, health and safety compliance, landlord & tenant liaison, administering service charge budgets, property site inspections and client reporting.
Clare is committed to delivering the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike, whilst being committed to developing her skills and knowledge to work towards becoming an Associate Member of the RICS.
