Senior Director
Dave is a Director within our Healthcare team with over 10 years’ experience specialising in the primary care property sector. His work primarily focuses on GP surgeries and medical centres, including properties with ancillary occupiers.
His expertise includes Notional Rent appeals, rent reviews, lease renewals, new leases, lease re-gears and sales & acquisitions. He acts for landlords, tenants and owner-occupiers, and regularly advises on the sale and leaseback of primary care premises.
Dave undertakes valuation work for a wide range of purposes, including secured lending, partnership changes and portfolio instructions, acting for clients such as major banks, investors and private individuals. He also provides valuation and lease advisory services for pharmacies, dental practices and other ancillary occupiers within the primary care environment.
In addition, Dave is responsible for maintaining and developing key client relationships while supporting the continued growth of Graham + Sibbald’s presence across the primary care sector nationwide.
