David came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. David has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor for over 24 years and has extensive experience with a range of commercial practices in the northwest, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
David advises on a broad spectrum of commercial, residential and development assets throughout the north of England.
Valuations are predominantly for secured lending purposes, although also for solicitors, financial organisations and private clients.
David joined Aitchison Raffety from Manchester based firm, WT Gunson Chartered Surveyors, where he headed up their Valuation department for 5 years.
