Surveyor
Dee joined the Valuation team in May 2026 and is based in the Falkirk office, covering Falkirk and West Lothian. Having grown up and lived in West Lothian, Dee brings valuable local knowledge and insight to the area.
As an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor, Dee undertakes a range of residential valuation services, including Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and lender valuations. Dee is also planning to return to university next year to complete a Building Surveying degree, with the aim of progressing through the APC pathway and achieving MRICS status.
Prior to joining the business, Dee gained almost two years of experience with a corporate surveying firm in Glasgow, carrying out Home Reports, EPCs, and valuation work. Dee also worked for a major UK lender within Property Risk, overseeing valuation reports and developing a strong understanding of lending requirements and risk assessment.
