Dom Rosenbaum

Dom joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025. He started in Aitchison Raffety’s Healthcare team in December 2021 serving clients across the South West and South of the Country. He brings with him 15 years’ post qualification experience having worked across a broad range of property sectors and practicing in both the public and private sectors.

Dom’s primary role at Graham + Sibbald is to assist the expansion of the healthcare, valuation and consultancy provision across the South West of England and surrounding areas, and regularly undertakes valuation work of healthcare and commercial properties for banks, GP surgeries and private property owners. Dom also carries out professional work for healthcare clients including institutional investors, portfolio clients, developers and privately owned GP surgeries.
