Senior Surveyor
Eilidh is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial property, specialising in lease advisory and asset management. She began her career in London with CWM, advising national retailers and institutional landlords on rent reviews, lease renewals and restructures.
In 2017 she joined CBRE’s National Retail Agency Team in Edinburgh, working with major clients such as Lloyds Banking Group and Resolution Property and contributing to high‑profile projects including the leasing strategy for the Bank of Scotland building at St Andrew Square.
She joined Schuh in 2022 as an Asset Manager, overseeing a 130‑store portfolio and leading negotiations across acquisitions, renewals and disposals, including a major rent reduction on the Oxford Circus flagship.
Eilidh joined Graham + Sibbald in 2025, focusing on lease advisory work across the UK. She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MA (Hons) in Property and Business Management from the University of Aberdeen.
