Eilidh Grant

Senior Surveyor

Eilidh is a Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience in commercial property, specialising in lease advisory and asset management. She began her career in Central London in 2012 with the niche retail firm CWM, advising both national retailers and institutional landlords on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructures. During this time, she worked with clients including Phase Eight, Thomas Cook, L’Occitane, SLI and The Portman Estate.

In 2017, Eilidh relocated to Edinburgh to join CBRE’s National Retail Agency Team, where she advised on leasing and asset strategies for major clients such as Lloyds Banking Group and Resolution Property. She played a key role in several high-profile projects, including the leasing strategy that led to the sale of the Bank of Scotland building at St Andrew Square to Gleneagles Townhouse.

After a career break to raise her family, she joined Schuh in 2022 as an Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio of over 130 stores and leading lease negotiations across acquisitions, renewals, and disposals — including a significant rent reduction on the Oxford Circus flagship.

Eilidh joined Graham + Sibbald in 2025 where she focuses on lease advisory work across the UK supporting landlords and occupiers with rent reviews, lease renewals, and broader consultancy. She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MA (Hons) in Property and Business Management from the University of Aberdeen.
