Senior Surveyor
Ellen joined Graham + Sibbald’s Business Rates team in Edinburgh in September 2025. Prior to joining the team she worked at the Lothian Valuation Joint Board, where she helped to deliver the 2023 Valuation Roll and recently worked on the 2026 Revaluation. She has experience in surveying a variety of properties as well as experience in negotiating and settling rating proposals.
