Surveyor
Emily came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety after re-joining Aitchison Raffety in January 2025 as a Surveyor in the Healthcare division, having previously worked with the company for many years. She has over seven years of experience in the healthcare sector, specialising in landlord and tenant matters and valuations. Emily advises a range of clients on notional rent appeals, rent reviews, and lease renewals, as well as undertaking partnership valuations.
