Emma joined Graham + Sibbald in March 2026 from Lambert Smith Hampton, where she worked with clients including Nuveen, BSH and Evri. At G+S, Emma works in the St Albans office within the Industrial & Logistics Team, with a focus on strengthening and growing the firm’s industrial presence. Her current client roster includes Logicor, Clipstone and Cromwell Tools.
As an industrial agent, Emma advises landlords, investors and occupiers on the buying, selling and leasing of industrial and warehouse properties. Her role involves providing market advice, identifying opportunities, negotiating transactions and helping clients make informed decisions to achieve their property objectives.
Emma studied Real Estate Management BSc (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University and became a Chartered Surveyor in May 2020.
