Known for her proactive approach and deep technical understanding, Faye has built a strong reputation for securing meaningful savings and providing clear, strategic guidance across all areas of business rates.
Faye’s career began in the private sector, where she worked for a major real estate development company managing a large and varied property portfolio. During this time, she delivered significant reductions in liability, oversaw complex appeals, and ensured the organisation’s business rates exposure was continually minimised. This foundation gave her a strong commercial perspective that continues to shape her work today.
With extensive experience handling appeals for offices, warehouses, and retail properties, Faye is highly skilled in valuation analysis, CCA procedures, and negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency. She also has in depth knowledge of business rates mitigation strategies and is quick to identify opportunities for reliefs, exemptions, and bespoke solutions.
