Gavin came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety, after starting in Aitchison Raffety’s Valuation team in October 2021. He is experienced in a broad spectrum of commercial, residential and development assets throughout London, the South East and East Anglia areas. With over 23 years’ post-qualification experience, Gavin has undertaken and overseen valuation advice for loan security, accounting, acquisition, asset management and disposal purposes. He has a proven track record in growing and sustaining relationships with private and public sector clients including developers, local authorities and all the national banks.
