Gavin is a Chartered Surveyor working primarily within the Stirling office, although he also works closely with the Falkirk office. Gavin specialises in residential valuations and carries out surveys for a range of purposes including Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations and Energy Performance Certificates. Gavin joined the firm in 2012 and he carries out valuations within Stirling and surrounding areas for a range of clients including solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Gavin sits on the firms Residential Strategy Board and as such has responsibility for the performance of the residential division.
