Chartered Surveyor
Harry is a Chartered Building Surveyor within the Manchester team. He graduated from John Moores University with a degree in Building Surveying and achieved Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in May 2026.
Harry joined Graham + Sibbald in 2021 as a graduate surveyor and has developed experience across a broad range of professional and project surveying services. He has developed particular expertise in Contract Administration, successfully delivering projects from inception through to completion and providing clients with clear, proactive advice throughout the construction process.
Alongside Contract Administration, he regularly undertakes Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations and Building Surveys, helping clients understand and manage risks associated with their property assets. His experience includes preparing detailed technical reports and delivering practical recommendations that support informed decision-making across acquisitions, disposals and asset management strategies.
