Associate Director
Hayley is an Associate Director and RICS Registered Valuer, advising lenders and private clients across the Yorkshire and North East regions, approaching five years’ post-qualification experience, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2021.
Hayley joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025 where she worked for more than two years. Hayley has a respected role within the valuation team, leading and delivering a wide range of instructions including secured lending alongside larger portfolio valuation work. Hayley manages complex instructions, while providing a high level of technical and professional support.
Hayley advises on a broad spectrum of residential, commercial, development and some specialist assets, placing strong emphasis on consistency, and clear communication.
Prior to joining the firm, Hayley worked at the Valuation Office Agency, advising public sector clients on Red Book and financial reporting valuations, as well as development viability and appraisals. This background underpins her approach to technical compliance and robust valuation reporting.
Hayley was shortlisted as a finalist for the ‘RICS Matrics Surveyor of the Year Awards 2023’ in the Valuation Surveyor of the Year category.
