Director
Ian is a Director and an RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer based in the St Albans office, with responsibility for the West Hertfordshire, North London and Buckinghamshire areas having over 30 years experience in commercial property.
Ian specialises in commercial agency and landlord and tenant matters, covering locations including Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring, Amersham, Chesham, Gerrards Cross and North London. He is involved in the sale, letting and acquisition of retail, office and industrial premises, as well as rent reviews, and lease renewals and Company Tax valuations. He also provides strategic property advice and market commentary to support planning applications.
Ian joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025. Before joining the firm, Ian worked for the Valuation Office and for Prudential Property Services as a commercial agency surveyor.
